Determined to meet the unique learning and earning needs of vulnerable and unemployed out-of-school youth (male, female, LGBTQ, aged 15-24 years old), USAID Opportunity 2.0 offers funding opportunities to
- Youth-serving organizations,
- Training service providers, and
- Higher education institutions.
This is so that they can strengthen their programs and services for the OSY in their communities that is part of the 12 cities covered by the program.
