Through this study, we sought to understand the perception and mindsets of the various stakeholders involved in the OSY ecosystem, and their roles, responsibilities and interactions with each other.
We hoped to learn about the ongoing mechanisms to support OSY in their journey and identify any gaps or challenges that could be implemented to strengthen the ecosystem. It is important to consider that the findings portrayed in this report are largely based on qualitative insight through discussions and focus groups with the stakeholders that took part in this study.
The report concludes with recommendations based on insights gathered through both interviews and OSY discussions.
