Work Ready Now, or WRN is a curriculum that helps young people have access to a second chance at economic success through pathways of higher education, training for employment, or preparations for entrepreneurship.
Under WRN, the WBL and BYOB trainings allow learners to undergo a five-week classroom preparation before they go to actual workplaces to observe, conduct interviews with professionals, and have a short experience in the industry they wish to work in.
These trainings ensure holistic development and success for the youth as future professionals and business owners.
