The Higher-level Education or Training Readiness Orientation (HERO) is a guide developed by the Education Development Center through the USAID Opportunity 2.0 program. It is an easy-to-use guide to be used by local actors like higher education institutions, schools, and non-profit organizations to inform marginalized youth of admission processes, documentary requirements, and financial opportunities available for them to pursue higher level studies in their community.
